I am a regular traveller and holiday maker myself, and I care about your holiday and will consider every practical detail to make sure it's perfect for you. Using our service costs you nothing, and  will save you time. We tailor-make holidays to suit your exact requirements and budget; whether you are looking for a beach holiday, city break, activity holiday, a spa weekend or a trip for the children, we can search through the extensive list of preferred partners we work with to find you the best deal possible. Combining our extensive travel and destination knowledge, with the great relationships we have forged with an extensive range of suppliers, we will build a bespoke package that you will love, so you really have nothing to lose!    

We often have access to exclusive deals, promotions, and discounted rates that may not be available to the general public, or by booking direct.

As independent travel agents, we are paid directly by the suppliers. This doesn’t mean your holiday will cost more; thanks to the links we have with trade companies not available to the general public, our supplier relationships and access to special offers - we will get you the best deal possible.  Commission is built into every aspect of travel, even where you book directly with a resort or airline and this is how we are able to provide our services to you for free.    

My commission is paid by the hotels, resorts, cruise lines, and other travel providers—not you, the traveller.

We can book packages or hotels or flights only, cruises, adventure holidays, villas, golf holidays, ski trips, Disney, weekends away, city breaks, safaris, honeymoons, fly-drive and island hopping and much more. 

We can book holidays for solo travellers, couples, families, groups, school trips, weddings and honeymoons and travel for business and events. We can even organise tickets to the theatre, concerts and major sporting events plus all the holiday extras such as airport transfers, car hire, excursions and travel insurance. 

Yes, you can. In fact, we encourage it. The stress of finding flights, accommodation and excursions that work for your whole party is made easy by working with an independent travel agent such as myself. We are experienced in building a wide range of group holidays, from corporate trips to stag and hen parties, weddings, school trips, family reunions and more.

Our travel partners are recognised by every major travel supplier, including every resort and hotel brand, cruise line, holiday company, car rental agency and tour operator in the world. 

We have over 80 preferred suppliers with whom we have close working relationships, many of these only work directly with agents, but some household names include: Disney, ClubMed, Mr & Mrs Smith, Virgin Voyages, Royal Caribbean, Olympic, Classic Package Holidays, Fred Olson Cruises, Hoseasons, Ingham,  P & O Cruises, JTA, Major, Marriott, Hilton, Holiday Extras, Jumeriah and Plum Guide, to name a few of our favourites.

If you know the basics - destination, budget, number of guests in the party and their ages, duration of holiday, dates, board basis (e.g. all inclusive), departure airport etc., that’s great. But don’t worry if not, we’ll help refine the details as we chat.

I have designed a range of google forms to make this process easier - it will help you to gain clarity in terms of the holiday requirements you have, and it will help me enormously to be able to start my research and present you with 2 or 3 options based on your specific requirements. It'll also save time on the phone/video call.

Usually you can pay a deposit and then the balance spread or in full several weeks prior to the date of departure (the precise timelines vary from supplier to supplier). However, you may need to pay for the air travel portion of your trip at the time of booking. 

Travel booked quite close to the departure date may need to be paid in full at the time of booking, but we can advise you accordingly if this will be the case and work with particular suppliers that suit your payment preferences. 

Even if you book directly with a travel company, there will be cancellation policies built into the contract.   No one likes a significant change of plans, but they're common in travel. That's why we strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance for every book you trip. 

Policies cover cancellations, and although I cannot advise on which insurance policies to take out, I will provide you with links to our preferred insurance partners. 

Cancellation policies vary from supplier to supplier, but we will always be able to confirm the cancellation details before you need to confirm your holiday booking. 

Amendments are usually not a problem, availability-dependent of course. In our experience, our suppliers are usually very accommodating in these circumstances, however, travel insurance is strongly recommended and mandatory in some cases.

All our package holidays are ATOL protected and we are bonded by ABTA (ABTA No. P7384), the leading travel industry association. 

We do not hold any monies within Escape & Explore with Eva. Once you confirm your booking, payments due are made directly to the suppliers upon your authorisation and in accordance with GDPR, so you can rest assured that your payments have been directly applied to your holiday reservations. 

Our holidays are ATOL and ABTA-protected so you can book with complete confidence. (Many well-known online booking sites are not bonded with ABTA).

This means you are fully protected if something goes wrong. We offer complete support throughout your holiday, ensuring you are safeguarded and reimbursed if necessary.
